The Bay Philharmonic is seeking an experienced Orchestra Librarian to join our team! If you’re passionate about orchestral music, thrive behind the scenes, and want to play an essential role in bringing exceptional performances to life, we’d love to hear from you.
As our Orchestra Librarian, you’ll manage the preparation of scores and parts for our symphony concerts throughout the season while working alongside a passionate team dedicated to enriching our community through music.
Qualifications:
🎻Minimum 2 years of professional orchestra librarian experience
🗣️Excellent oral and written communication skills
💻Reliable transportation, laptop, and mobile phone
🗓️Start Date: August 1, 2026
