Carlos Hernandez is welcomed as the Bay Phil Youth Orchestra's new director by its founder Judy Lam and Melodia conductor Marcella Schantz. Jung-Ho Pak, Artistic Director of the Bay Philharmonic, joins the happy welcome celebration!
