The house has AC, three comfy queen beds and linens, a kitchen with gourmet utensils, 2 TV's, BBQ (both gas and charcoal), and a wood burning stove with wood provided. The spacious rear deck provides a large, comfortable outdoor living and entertainment area with consistently stunning sunset views. The house is well furnished and has all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If cooking while on your vacation is not your idea of fun, a variety of restaurants are available.

The house has satellite TV service , wireless internet access, games, washer and dryer, linens and is furnished with beautiful antiques. An assortment of animals and many bird species can be viewed regularly from the back deck including hawks, deer and rabbits. The neighborhood is sparsely populated which means there is not a lot of traffic.

The roads in the neighborhood are great places to walk or bike. Mountain biking both on road and off road are right out the front door. The Arnold Rim Trail has access points located nearby. Murphys Hideaway provides a tranquil and restful getaway after your day full of the local activities the area has to offer like visiting Big Trees Park (home of the 2000 year old Sequoias), wineries, caverns, antiquing, shopping or hiking.
